  • True Mobility Ltd is a family run company.
  • True Mobility Ltd has been trading since 2003.
  • True Mobility Ltd has a huge range of products in their showroom.
  • True Mobility Ltd offers excellent customer service & aftercare.

Until 2019 True Mobility was a proud member of the BHTA (British Healthcare Trades Association) and fully subscribed to its code of conduct. This gives you the reassurance that you are dealing with an ethical trader with a structured assessment process. In 2019 True Mobility left the BHTA because we did not feel that they represented fully the needs of the independent Mobility retailer nor did they fully enforce their own code of conduct on all of their members. However, despite leaving the BHTA, True Mobility continues to operate to the same high customer service standards that we have adhered to over the past 17 years.

The video below gives a good introduction to True Mobility.

Company History

True Mobility Ltd was formed in 2003 and initially traded as a franchise of Scootermart Mobility Centres. The Didcot store rapidly gained a reputation for excellent customer service, a broad range of stock and first class value.

In December 2006 True Mobility separated from Scootermart and became fully independant. This enabled us to extend our range even further and link up with new suppliers of premium mobility products.

During 2007 True Mobility became a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) thus ensuring our continued commitment to our policy of fair and ethical trading. We subsequently left the BHTA in 2019.

From day one we set out to treat our customers in the same way that we like to be treated when we are shopping. True Mobility doesn’t pay commission to sales staff or third parties and we feel that this results in a more relaxed environment for both staff and customers.

We hope you enjoy browsing our site and we would be delighted to welcome you to the store in person.
