Hello Every-one,
Fran and I would like to thank you for the very efficient way that you solved my problem of a poorly chair, we were a little bit concerned since I have trouble just sitting, I need to move the ancient bones about otherwise, all of the lower limbs are in stress and stress mean's pain, I don't know why I mention it since I have been nobbled as you might say for getting on for twenty years.
The point is not that I was with-out a chair but how quickly you got a new one to me, we are both extremely grateful for that, me because I have a new chair and she as matters because she puts up with my moaning, mind you she has done that for fifty four years so perhaps she is getting used to ways by now.
We are hoping that one day soon (health permitting of course) that we shall be able to pay a visit to your "shop" there will be absolutely no reason why you should roll out the red carpet since the last thing that I should want is to sue the shop because I tripped over the thing, however who know's should there be a few bob in it some arrangements could be made to suit everyone concerned.
Joking aside though we really are very grateful for the efficient help that we have alwaysw received from "TrueMobility" it's a treat for elderly folks these days to be able to do business with people who are efficient and can be counted upon to provide a proper service.
