Company History

True Mobility Ltd was formed in 2003 and initially traded as a franchise of Scootermart Mobility Centres. The Didcot store rapidly gained a reputation for excellent customer service, a broad range of stock and first class value.

In December 2006 True Mobility separated from Scootermart and became fully independant. This enabled us to extend our range even further and link up with new suppliers of premium mobility products.

During 2007 True Mobility became a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) thus ensuring our continued commitment to our policy of fair and ethical trading.

From day one we set out to treat our customers in the same way that we like to be treated when we are shopping. True Mobility doesn't pay commission to sales staff or third parties and we feel that this results in a more relaxed environment for both staff and customers.
