A Care Alarm AND Security Alarm, Professionally Installed with optional Smoke Alarm and CO Alarm.

A monitoredhaus care alarm and security system is a simple solution to a common problem for people who are not fully mobile or who are simply living alone.

At the touch of a button you can contact those that care for and look after you.
Ultimately it can give independence and help you to feel safe and secure in your own home.

Monitored Care Alarm
In the event of an emergency in your home, at the push of a button on your wrist band or neck pendant you will be able alert our 24 hour monitoring station. The staff will be fully aware of the procedure that you want to take place. They will know the friends and family that you have asked to be contacted and they will make sure that help is at hand. They can even talk to you through the Care Alarm control panel so you will know that assistance is on the way

Monitored Security
As well as installing a care alarm into your home we will install an SSAIB certificated, fully monitored security and home monitoring system.
Everyone knows what burglar alarms are designed for. So what makes this one different?

· Wireless components
- The Care Alarm won’t affect your home’s décor.

· Fully monitored
- Those that matter will actually be contacted in the event of a break in.

· Panic alarm
- Can be activated if you fear a break in has occurred whilst you are at home.

The Care Alarm control panel is the key to how we can install both systems so cost effectively. The panel is capable of handling multiple tasks, so effectively what you get is two systems in one.

Monitored Emergency
You can even have monitored smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors included in your Care Alarm installation. By opting to include a Smoke or CO detector in your Care Alarm system, the control panel will automatically contact the monitoring station if either of these sensors are activated. In the event that the monitoring station is unable to speak to you, they will contact the emergency services

How Much Does it Cost?
The systems cost £199 for the installation and £19.99 per month for the monitoring. The minimum contract period is 18 months.
If you decide to include smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in your installation you will only be charged for the cost of the sensors (see optional extras pricing) your monthly instalments will not be affected.

What happens if it goes wrong?
All of the kit that we install is top of the range and of excellent quality. However if something were to go wrong outside of the 12 month warranty there would be a call out charge of £75, although this will cover everything from labour to replacement components.

There is an option to pay a maintenance waiver which is charged at £2.50 per month starting from month 13 and will cover any costs for maintenance and repair.

What do I Get?
Included in your care alarm package you get:

1 x Control panel
1 x Dummy bell box with flashing LED
1 x Wrist band or neck pendant,
3 x PIR’s,
1 x Door contact,
2 x Key fobs which are used to set and unset the system.

Optional Extras
If you wish, for no extra monthly cost you can tailor your system to monitor outbuildings, levels of carbon monoxide (CO) and become a monitored smoke detector. All you have to pay for is the cost of the sensors. See options above.

How Do I Get My System?
Simple. Just place your order above using either your Credit/Debit card. We will then arrange for our fully qualified installers to contact you and arrange a suitable date for installation. The monthly monitoring payment is made by standing order.
