Amber is the complete monitored Care and Safety alarm system for your home.

Unlike conventional care alarms, Amber can be set up to monitor your Health, Security and Safety needs. Not simply a panic alarm, Amber is your virtual healthcare assistant giving the user and people who care for them, peace of mind.


The Amber Care alarm System can include wire free detection for;

Help in a medical alert (Neck or Wrist pendant supplied as standard)

Wellness check daily*
Reminder x 12 (perhaps to take medicine)
Answer incoming calls (using pendant)

With the Amber Care Alarm system help is available at the press of a buttton and any time of day or night. By simply pressing the pendant button or on automatic activation by one of the optional safety systems, you can talk to a member of Amber staff about the assistance you need. This is done through the Amber set and there is no need to use your telephone.

In the event that the member of staff cannot hear you, they will automatically alert the emergency services and/or your chosen contacts to take appropriate action.

Minimise accidents such as leaving a pan on the cooker, leaving on unlit gas or forgetting about a bath running. In the event of a safety activation, as well as sounding an alarm, a signal is sent to us 24/7/365 so we can then take the appropriate action.

INSTALLATION of the Amber system is carried out by our professional security installation engineers and is included in the price. They will program the Amber system with your own personal contact numbers as well as the Amber alert call centre.

Ongoing call centre monitoring costs £15 per month and this can be paid by Direct Debit. All forms will be sent out upon purchase.
